99-04 grand cherokee dana 30 Inner C gusset kit.

The 99-04 Grand Cherokee Has a Unique place in the 4x4 and jeep world.  In 1998 Chrysler decided to make a lot of money off of a new low quality jeep. Now, before you get offended, put your big boy pants on and recognize the benefits of this decision. Some of the WJ's were pretty decent, and most of the terrible ones are gone to jeep heaven now. Because of this, your jeep is likely one of the good ones!   Chrysler experimented with a New Solid Axle ideology in the new wider dana 30 and high steer knuckles. Sadly they did not beef up the inner C gussets to manage the increased leverage of the wider axle. 

In comes the Ironman4x4fab.com weld on inner C gusset kit.  Because of the the differences of the dana 30 on all other jeeps, this is only for the WJ dana 30.

Here's the details!

• CNC laser cut and formed upper C gusset made from 1/4" A572 plate steel left and right
• 1/2" thick lower gusset for tying the stronger lower C to the axle tube better. both parts identical. use left and right.  

Note: This is a weld on, professional install part. If you do not know how to weld. grind, cut, etc and properly install these parts, have a professional do it!. 

Second Note: THE WJ DANA 30 IS NOT CONSISTENT. THESE GUSSETS WILL NEED TO BE GROUND TO FIT AGAINST THE SPRING PERCH DEPENDING ON WHERE SPICER WELDED THE PERCH. THEY ARE NOT ALL THE SAME! THIS IS A GRIND/CUT TO FIT PART!
