Wrangler YJ Rear Shackle for XJ Leaf Swap

The Jeep YJ Wrangler has been a solid and stable off road platform for over 35 years. With plenty of folks still building them we wanted to throw a few of our ideas into the market for some easy and affordable build options to get lots of functional suspension on a practical budget.
Our primary product is this simple rear leaf spring shackle that is 10” eye to eye to allow the use of XJ rear leaf springs to get a long flexy spring in place with a bolt in application. Basic info as follows.
- ⅜ “ Thick formed shackles from 50,000 psi steel.
- 10” eye to eye.
- ½” hole for chassis side bolt and 9/16” hole for XJ leaf at bumper side.
- 3.188 internal width.
Note: Any wheel base stretch past 1” will require the removal of the fuel tank. It is assumed that it is known that more modification is needed to swap in XJ leaf springs than just this set of shackles. Do your homework. Use your head. Feel free to ask questions.
