XJ/MJ/ZJ OTA Track Bar System
This track bar system is designed for those who are running Over The Knuckle Steering and want to raise their track bar to match their draglink geometry and length. We have Over The Axle Track Bar Mounts for the Axle and an Offset Track Bar Bracket for the frame. This allows you to run a longer track bar to better match the draglink, helping eliminate the unwanted bumpsteer. Perfect for those doing the WJ Knuckle Swap.
Our Track Bar is constructed from 1.25" high carbon (1043) steel that is cold-formed with welded and forged axle end bushing shell.It offers 6" of 1.25x12 thread single point machined directly on bar itself. No die threading for weak threads. NO OTHER COMPANY USES THIS MUCH THREAD! The Adjuster sleeve made from 1.75x.281 DOM steel fully pulse MIG welded to 2.625" wide Enduro Joint. We use a Barnes4wd Enduro Joint allowing for 40-degree offset use for stretched front ends.
The offset frame bracket allows you to run a longer track bar with an Over The Knuckle steering setup. Matching your track bar length and angle with your draglink the best you can, is imperative in order to obtain proper radius arc to mitigate bump steer. The Bracket is made from laser-cut and CNC formed 1/4" thick 100,000 psi Domex steel. The bolt on design replaces factory bracket with no fuss using factory hardware. It is designed for a 2.625 bushing width to allow a full size Currie Johnny Joint or our adapted Enduro Joint. 9/16 x 4 grade 8 bolt for main bushing included. Angled forward for builders who push axle forward to clear larger tires and still perfectly compatible for stock configurations.
The kit also includes our Crossbrace that ties both frame rails together helping to stiffen up the front end on XJs and ZJs.

Designed for 3" of lift and above. Note: lifts under 4.5 inches must maintain proper bump stopping to clear all parts during complete suspension compression.
