XJ Extreme Duty Double triangulated 4 link / 3 link Front Crossmember.
As the progression of our XJ/MJ off-roading Industry moves to 40"+ tires, 1 ton Axles, Fully Hydraulic steering and extremely aggressive driving styles, The demand for suspension systems to manage these changes has become a constant request from our customer base. We listened, and went crazy with it! This cross member is designed to work with our existing rear 4 link set up on the XJ Cherokee but offers so much more for those wanting to run a true double triangulated front or 3 link (customer weld on upper bracket to their preference). 3/16" 100,000 psi weld on armor (as shown in image) available as an upgrade for constant rock runners.
You may notice that this is only lower link brackets. This is designed to work in conjunction with our XJ/MJ double triangulated upper link brackets available here:

- 5/16" Thick 50,000 psi plate with 100,000 psi 5/16 brackets for lower links.
- Designed for 2.625 joints with 9/16 holes. Can be 5/8 upon request.
- Bolt or weld in design with removable 1/4" thick center for trans access.
- Wider lower link angle specifically designed for 05+ super duty 60 arm widths
- Clearanced for up to 2.25" 7075 round links.
- Designed for 36" long lower links in OEM+2" front stretch.
- Utilizes 14 3/8-16 12 point 170m bolts (grade 9) for attachment to center section, washers and nylon locknuts to stay tight!
- Includes manual and automatic transmission brackets.
- Weld on 3 link upper bracket (customer weld) available as an add on. (driver or passenger)
- Steel it weld through Coating as shown available for rust prevention during shipping as an option as well.
- Upper 4 link bracket kit available as add on option discounted for combo.
This crossmember is very heavy. Shipping will be around $100 no matter where, due to UPS flat rates on all 3 parts.
