05+ Super Duty 60 Super Axle Truss for XJ, MJ, ZJ and TJ

The 05+ ford super duty Dana 60 is the new standard for 1 ton axle swaps into most off-road builds that utilize a driver side differential location. Fitting that axle into your Xj Cherokee, ZJ grand Cherokee, MJ, Comanche or TJ wrangler is the biggest challenge to make it this happen. We have decided to try and eliminate that challenge with one complete kit! 

This 30 piece kit Includes everything except sway bar mounts as that is always a custom item based on steering. 

Here's the details: 

• All 1/4" thick High quality laser cut and CNC formed plate. 
  (truss huts are 3/16" and upper link mounts are 3/4" thick plate!). 
  
  
• Complete system knuckle to knuckle! 
  
  
• This kit utilizes our signature "truss hut" system allowing for internal and external strength without having to fit a billion little gusset plates and puzzle pieces that don't add internal strength like our competitors trusses. 
  
  
• 2 hole shock mounts are included that allow for 2 different style of shock mounting just by flipping the bracket.  Mounts based on 1.5" width and 1/2" bolt hole.  
  
  
• Narrow mount lower control arm brackets with triangle gussets included! (driver side fits extra far to make up for less material on the casting. All casting welding must be done properly and peening after welding is encouraged. For control arm brackets that don't mount on the casting and position a little wider look for our lower control arm brackets for the vehicles listed here on our site. They work great as well. 
• Upper link brackets are laser cut from 3/4" solid plate and come with lap gussets for added rigidity and visual effect.  CNC machined housings that accept all jeep upper control arm bushings (k3128) are included as well. 
• Both Over the knuckle and under the knuckle track bar brackets are included in this kit and utilize the OEM width of 1.600 but have a 1/2" hole perfect for custom and upgraded hardware in our track bar kits. 
• Coil mounting sits 2" high than oem and if coil overs are being used just cut the front coil support mount off and run it! (XJ,Zj,MJ, and TJ coil mounts that fit directly on this kit are available separately at this time. This kit comes with a flat surface allowing for many options of coil setups.

PLEASE NOTE!  This kit is designed to be used with all 05+ super duty axles that have had all the ford brackets cut off and trimmed to the common standard with 2" of driver side casting removed and tubing welded.
