XJ / MJ Double triangulated front upper link mount system
This Is one of those products that has haunted us for years. It will haunt us long into the future. As trail Rig and Race Jeep builders we want big parts. We want awesome suspensions, and we want things that nobody makes in the aftermarket. Finally after 18 years of business we finally are able to provide a true Dual triangulated upper link system to compliment our Matching double triangulated lower crossmember. (on website soon)
These Can be used with our Current lower 4 link cross member as well.

- DOUBLE TRIANGULATED FRONT FOUR LINKS DO NOT USE A DRAG LINK OR TRACK BAR. THESE REQUIRE FULL HYDRO STEERING AND MOST STATES DONT LIKE THAT ON THE HIGHWAY.
- WHILE WE FULLY WELD THIS KIT IN HOUSE IT IS A DIY PART AND MAY NEED SOME GRINDING AND FITMENT TO WORK WITH YOUR CURRENT SETUP.
- THIS WAS DESIGNED TO MATE UP TO OUR FRAME STIFFENERS BUT CAN EASILY MATE UP TO MANY OTHER STYLES. THIS IS BASED ON A 3/16" STIFFENER.
- MAKE SURE A QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED WELDER IS INSTALLING THIS SETUP AS IT IS TIGHT IN WELD LOCATIONS AND CRITICAL TO BE WELDED WELL.
- THESE WILL BE MADE TO ORDER AS THEY SELL. THE WELD AND COOLING TIME DOES NOT MAKE FOR A CONSTANT PRODUCTION PRODUCT. AS ALL 4 LINK PARTS ALWAYS ALLOW UP TO 30 DAYS FOR COMPLETION! WE DO NOT REFUND ORDERS WE HAVE ALREADY STARTED FOR CUSTOMERS.
HERES THE GOOD STUFF!
This bracket system is left and right hand brackets! Made from 5/16" thick A572 plate. These are jigged and pulse mig (spray arc) welded in house and naturally cooled to make them even stronger. All 12 nuts and bolts are included and the install process only takes about 1.5 hours per side if you have a head on your shoulders.
The massive inner floor plate ensures distribution of load across the unibody, floor and outer unibody frame. It also makes for a perfect role cage floor plate.
Install requires finding location and marking holes. Drilling and then bolt in place for location. A hammer is your friend to get these lined up as most XJ and MJ floors are beat up pretty good by now. Once in place tighten bolts and weld in place. measure and mount your own or our upper links (ordered separately) and continue to build your 4 link suspension.
These upper link angles create enough angle to clear big tires with extended wheel bases and mot put too much stress on the lower links to do all the triangulation work.
We designed this around an 05+ Super duty 60 with 15" of separation at joint center on the axle side upper links.
